CFO: Mr Gordon Ewart

Mr Gordon Ewart qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996 whilst with KPMG where he worked from 1990 to 2000. Mr Ewart has worked exclusively in conventional and renewable energy markets from Greenfield project development through to large scale mergers and acquisitions and project financing from 2001 to 2010.

From 2001 to 2007 Gordon was General Manager - Commercial of Novera Energy Limited, a company listed on the Alternative Investment Market in London which is one of the leading independent developers and owners of renewable energy assets within the United Kingdom.

From 2008-2010, Gordon has developed biofuel and biomass generation projects in the United Kingdom along completing significant capital raisings in the Europe and the USA.

Licella is an Australian-based company that has developed a unique process to transform renewable woody-waste materials into an array of biofuels.

The Licella process has been running at our pilot plant at Somersby (just north of Sydney), Australia for over 3 years.

Having won an Australian Federal Grant, our 2nd generation Commercialisation Demonstration Plant (CDP), has been opened by the Minister for Resources and Energy, Martin Ferguson AM MP, on the 14th December 2011.
